A certification program for Distributors allows Aastra to ensure end customer quality of service with best practices and knowledge. Channel partners are also required to maintain their level of accreditation through the Aastra training academy.
Aastra Distribution Partners will hold a Certificate of Authorisation for the Aastra products and solutions they supply.
